JOB SUMMARY
Provides training and education for continuing education classes and academy classes for field personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and provide training for state certification refresher courses
Provide CPR, ACLS and PALS certification courses
Provide training during New Employee Orientation as needed
Provide Employee Annual Training as needed
Monitor presentations of primary instructors to assure compliance with curricula
Remediation conducted as necessary on personnel not meeting program criteria
All other duties and assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED
State Paramedic certification
Excellent communication skills
