ATS Driver (5) full&part time

B R I E FP O S I T I O ND E S C R I P T I O N :
Provides transportation to individuals between various locations as directed by the Communications Center. Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate a knowledge, understanding of, and compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
Accurately and neatly document pertinent patient information on trip reports as required by local regulatory agencies.
Demonstrate the ability to accurately and completely document all required information.
Attend and participate in all required meetings and continuing education offering by Rural/Metro.
Demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, which are required in the performance of duties as an ATS driver. The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Demonstrate the ability and perform cleaning and maintenance of Rural/Metro property, including, but not limited to the vehicles, equipment, buildings and surrounding areas.
Demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of, and compliance with all Rural/Metro policies and procedures and perform tasks assigned by supervision and management as outlined in the Employee Handbook and SOP manual.
Demonstrate the attitude of a health care professional, including but not limited to demonstrating courteous, professional, and ethical behavior; and demonstrating the ability to work cooperatively with other members of the health care system.
Demonstrate a sincere desire to improve and upgrade the skills necessary to perform the job of ATS driver.
Demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to inspect, safely operate, and maintain all tools and equipment relevant to the ATS driver.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional manner to all external customers while continuously portraying a positive image of Rural/Metro.
Demonstrate the ability to present a professional image and appropriate professional appearance while on the job.
Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to orient and train other Rural/Metro employees.
Performs tasks as assigned by supervision and management.
