  Requirements: 0-2 yrs experience
Medical Collections and/or Collections experience preferred.
Provides professional customer service, taking appropriate actions to avoid and/or resolve customer complaints. Coordinates collection efforts as directed by Team Leaders and Collection Supervisor. Maintain minimum work standards as set forth by management. Conducts him/herself in a professional manner, in adherence of company's core values. Works effectively with coworkers demonstrating teamwork. Conscientious attitude regarding attendance and punctuality at work, following company guidelines as set forth in the standard operating procedures.
Determines best course of action, consistent with Rural/Metro collection standards, to increase collection of payments from customers. Conducts collection efforts politely and diplomatically but with persistence and patience. Demonstrates proficiency in effectively utilizing available collection tools so to impact departmental goal.
