 Healthcare Account Executive
B R I E F P O S I T I O N D E S C R I P T I O N :
 Under the general supervision of the Market General Manager, this position has primary responsibilities of establishing and maintaining community affairs with customers and the community.
Essential Functions:
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with hospital, urgent cares, nursing homes and assisted living facilities within an assigned territory.
Increase ambulance transport volume throughout assigned territory.
Respond to customer inquiries, compliments and complaints.
Communicate customer inquiries, compliments and complaints to Director of Marketing and operations as required.
Provide in-service training to customers on Company processes, procedures, etc as required.
Meet with key facility personnel on a regular basis to maintain open communications.
Monitor service activity within the assigned territory and work with operations personnel to target and resolve issues that may impact transport volumes.
Complete required documentation.
Participate in special projects, special events, or community out-reach projects as required.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
0-3 years experience in health care customer service and/or sales with a proven track record. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
The ability to smooth and create long-term relationships within the hospital environment
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
