  EMT-B Part Time
 B R I E F P O S I T I O N D E S C R I P T I O N :
  Essential job duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Provide general medical care and treatment to patients in both emergent and non-emergent settings as defined by the Arizona Department of Health Services Scope of Practice for Basic EMT. Operate and drive an ambulance with regard to state and company safety policies. Neatly and accurately document pertinent patient information on ambulance run tickets, patient refusal forms and transport forms. Maintain safe and healthy workplace in accordance to the standards set forth by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and the Southwest Standard Operating Procedures.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Interested candidates must submit an application along with a 60 month driving record and copies of their Arizona EMT Certification, current CPR card and an Arizona Driver's License to Human Resources prior to closing date.
